How long will it take to receive my order?
All items will be couriered and delivery will take between 3 and 7 working days – location dependant.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is made, you are unable to cancel it at this time. You will need to request a refund or exchange. Please refer to our refund and exchange policy.

Gift cards
How long is the gift card valid?
This gift card is valid for 6 months after the date of purchase.
What are the gift card T&C’s?
• This gift card is valid for a once-off purchase only.
• This gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
• This gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Will the receiver of the gift card receive an email to notify them?
Yes. The receiver & purchaser of the gift card will receive a confirmation email with the voucher amount, coupon code, expiry date and personalised message upon purchase.

Do you have a sizing guide?
Yes. Please follow these guidelines using a soft measuring tape to determine your fit. Measurements are the full circumference of the body (in cm), not garment measurements.

Care instructions
For cotton and blends, a warm machine wash, but not too hot, or they’ll end up awash, and always separate colours from whites, so they won’t fade in bright daylight.
For linen and rayon, a cool wash cycle, with a light iron, not too much of a cycle, and hang dry in the shade, if you can, so they’ll stay crisp and avoid a tan.
Take care of your garments, and they’ll be with you, always there. For sustainable fashion is the way to ensure brighter and better days
Packaging
We’ve considered every part of the process from the origins of the material to the life of the garment after it’s been bought. Our woven labels are made from recycled polyester and our swing tags are crafted from recycled paper. We use eco-friendly paper bags for the packaging of each order and is one hundred percent compostable.
