Delivery & Returns Policy

All items will be couriered and delivery will take between 5 and 10 working days. Location dependant.

Deliveries will only be made to a physical location and not to a post office box.

For domestic deliveries, there is a flat rate of R100.00.

For international deliveries, please contact us at hello@lunalilly.co.za for a quote.

luna lilly returns policy

We accept returns on full price items that are unused, in the original packaging and has a return request made no later than 5 calendar days after the purchase date. No refunds on sale items.

All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, unworn, and with the original packaging with tags still attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged – scratched, worn or not in their original condition.

luna lilly reserves the right to refuse any return on items that do not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund or exchange will not be issued. 

For international orders, if an item is returned because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties payable, luna lilly will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by luna lilly. If the customer refuses to pay the custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.

Please allow up to 4-7 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse.

NOTE: Due to Covid-19, there may be additional delays for processing returns. Please contact us at hello@lunalilly.co.za if you have any questions about your return.

South Africa Returns:

For Domestic return requests, please submit your return request by sending us an email with your order number and reason for the return to: hello@lunalilly.co.za. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the goods to you in error. Original shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable. Please do not ship your return to us prior to receiving a return authorisation from luna lilly. It will not be processed.

International Returns:

For International return requests, please submit your return request by sending us an email with your order number and reason for the return to: hello@lunalilly.co.za. Please be aware that original shipping costs, duties and taxes are non–refundable. Shipping costs for international returns are paid for by the customer. Please do not ship your return to us prior to receiving a return authorisation from us. It will not be processed.
